Job Responsibilities:

Resource and Contract Management

  • Vendor Resource Contract Management (new, renewal, amendment, release)
  • Vendor Contract Management: Resource and HW/SW (review, analysis and approval processing)
  • Resource Contract requirement review (scope, payment milestones, resource proficiency level, contract duration, etc.)
  • Data management (maintain latest and historical contracts)

Resource Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Pre-Onboarding preparation (gather supporting documentations including contract approvals, resource details from vendor, registration of resources in tools to enable network and building access)
  • Onboarding (Meet and greet, Activation of access)
  • Post-Onboarding (Setup timesheet, Resolution of Access related issues)
  • Data Management (Maintain latest resource onboarding documents)

Tracking and Analytics and Reporting

  • Resource renewal tracking, planning and reporting
  • Contract amendment tracking (due to delayed onboarding/offboarding)
  • Upcoming onboarding tracking
  • Upcoming offboarding tracking (including early offboarding)
  • Asset allocation tracking
  • Timesheet tracking
  • Resource attrition analysis and reporting
  • Vendor performance reporting

Job Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years of working experience in related field
  • Diploma/undergraduate; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in using Jira and PPM Timesheet Management tools will be an added advantage
  • Data entry skills and ability to understand data point to create daily/weekly report
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Event coordination (this is including interview & meeting coordination)
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Attention to detail & confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Available to start immediately

Job Details:

  • Contract Duration : 12 months (subject to extension and absorption into permanent)
  • Working Day : Monday – Friday
  • Working Hours : 9am – 6pm
  • Salary : up to RM 4000 (based on experience)
  • Location : Jalan Raja Laut (nearby LRT Bandaraya & KTM Bank Negara)
