Position: Insurance Claims Advisor (Automotive)

Salary: $2,400 – $3,200 + OT + Incentives

Location: West

Working Hours / Days: 8.00am – 6.30pm (Mon – Fri) / 8.00am – 12.30pm (Alt Sat Off)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide optimum customer service to maintain and enhance existing Body & Paint services
  • Provide prompt inquiries involving motor claim procedures, repair costs, factory warranty etc
  • Provide clear cost estimates and keep customer informed of work progress
  • Conduct service delivery to the customer by clear job explanation and associated charges and perform post-repair follow up
  • Put up special parts indent and follow up with customer to ensure outstanding jobs are closed
  • Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) consistently meets both individual and Department targets
  • Advise customers on jobs done, charges and collection times
  • Upsell relevant car accessories product to customer
  • Participate in other ad-hoc duties and project

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of related working experience in the Automotive industry
  • Min Diploma or Advance Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in Motor Claims
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Posses VALID Class 3 driving license
  • Patience, empathy and a clam organised approach to problem solving
